Khao Khanap Nam
Sitting at both banks of the Maenam Krabi River, along the entrance to the city of Krabi, are two mountains that stand about 100 meters tall. This natural landmark, also known as Khao Khanap Nam, is regarded as the symbol of Krabi itself. Its attraction include stunning caves that boasts of rich and gorgeous stalactite and stalagmite formations. Historical theory assumes that this area has once been a place of human settlement, as a huge number of human skeletons have been found in the area.
Noppharat Thara is a part of a marine national park. Its main attraction is a 3 kilometer long white sand beach, which makes it one of Krabi’s most popular beaches.
